Privacy
How we handle the information you give us.
Last updated October 2026.
What we collect
When you use a form on this site we collect what you type in: usually your name, organisation, email address, phone number and details about your booking or enquiry.
Why we collect it
We use it only to reply to you, organise workshops and events you've asked about, and send updates you've signed up for. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, and in our team email account. Only our lead mentor and the students working on your booking can see them.
Photos
We only photograph or publish images of participants with permission from a parent, carer or the host organisation. If you'd like a photo removed, email us and we'll take it down.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@kinetixstem.au.
