What is FIRST Tech Challenge?

FIRST Tech Challenge is an international robotics competition for students aged 12 to 18. Each September a new game is announced, and teams have a few months to design, build and program a robot to play it.

Robots are only part of it. Judges also look at each team's engineering process, its outreach and how it shares what it knows. The Inspire Award, the competition's top honour, goes to the team that does all of that best.
